30.10. Pussy Riot, 7:30 p.m.

Pussy Riot are back with a new show! Blending punk and performance art, strobe lights, and flute music, they tell a story of resistance, oppression, and revolution that combines elements of a concert, a rally, theater, and a political happening. The show is based on the two books *Riot Days* and *Political Girl* by Pussy Riot founding member Maria Alyokhina. It combines live music, spoken word, video, and performance art to tell the story of the group’s actions and Alyokhina’s experiences in a Russian prison following their infamous protest in 2012. The new show Riot Days also addresses topics such as oppression and violence against the LGBTQ+ community, the story of Alexei Navalny, and Putin’s invasion of Ukraine.
