presented together a day full of creativity, literary texts and music.

Away from the maritime days, visitors could listen to poems, songs and music at the beet on Saturday, August 20, from the afternoon until the evening. The invited guests came from Bremerhaven Lehe, Bremen, Vienna and Stuttgart. They stand for an unusual, varied repertoire. The program was opened by the host Moritz Alber, who performed his poetry. Bremerhaven student Deborah Oettinger played the ukulele. Ukrainian-born author and all-round artist Natalie Shtefunyk recited and sang her own compositions, accompanied by Bremen pianist Evgeny Wenger. The shooting star from Bremerhaven Georgia Balke, winner of the 10th season of The Voice Kids was there, as well as the Bremen slamer Eva Matz. From Vienna came the poet, translator, filmmaker Ondřej Cikán and Iva Svoboda, both committed to the tradition of surrealism. The Bremen poet Laura Müller-Hennig recited her texts. Cafer Isin from Bremerhaven accompanied them on the plucked instrument saz. From 8 pm there was an after party.

The afternoon and evening at the beet, with drinks and food, offered a full program for young and old of spoken word, poetry, short prose texts, performance, traditional music and soul, with familiar and unfamiliar sounds, with local and international voices.
