°1961 in Fès (Morocco) is Professor of Sociology at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and Director of Studies at the Centre européen de sociologie et de science politique, CSE-EHESS in Paris. Her work is located at the intersection of emotions and capitalism, and some of her texts deal explicitly with the feeling of love in our society. She has received numerous awards for her work and her texts have been translated into many languages.
