°1984 in Bremen. She studied history, philosophy and German-Polish studies in Bremen, Kiel and Poznań. Today she lives in Berlin, feels at home in Warsaw and travels a lot around the world. She translates novels from Polish and teaches German as a foreign language. And then we eat Żurek and fall from the sky is her debut novel.
